Terms of Service

Matterize provides software that analyses 3D CAD models to generate manufacturing should-cost estimates, process plans, carbon estimates and design-for-manufacturability suggestions. The Services are provided on a software-as-a-service basis.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services in violation of any law or third-party rights.
• Upload content you do not have the right to submit.
• Reverse engineer, resell or attempt to extract the underlying models of the Services except as permitted by law.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.

You retain all rights to the CAD files and design data you upload and to the outputs generated for you. Matterize retains all rights to the platform, software, models and underlying technology. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the Services.

Each party will protect the other's confidential information, including your uploaded design data, using reasonable care and will use it only as necessary to perform under these Terms. See our Privacy Policy.

Paid plans are billed in advance on the cadence stated at purchase (for example monthly or annually). Unless required by law or expressly agreed in writing, fees are non-refundable. You may cancel renewal at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Free or trial usage may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

Cost, carbon and manufacturability outputs are indicative estimates generated by software and are provided for guidance only. They are not quotations, guarantees of price or emissions, or professional engineering advice. You are responsible for validating outputs before relying on them for production or commercial decisions.

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Matterize will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability arising out of the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Services. On termination, your right to use the Services ends.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at the registered office of Matterize 3D Pvt. Ltd. will have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence.
